when will i see results?
built to move retained morning fluid first — that's designed to be the earliest visible change, typically inside the first week. the plumping and firmness work is slower by nature: give it the full 28 days. if the mirror disagrees, the guarantee doesn't.
what is orbital dosing?
most eye creams take a face formula and shrink the jar. orbital dosing means the opposite: every concentration in the under-eye serum is chosen for the orbital area's thinner, more delicate skin — dosed for the tissue it actually touches.
is it safe with retinol or acids?
Yes. Apply before retinol or acids. Its barrier-strengthening lipids actually buffer irritation from active routines.
pregnancy & nursing?
the eye serum is pregnancy-compatible — no retinoids, no salicylic acid, no synthetic fragrance. the face oil contains retinol and a light fragrance, and is not recommended during pregnancy or nursing. as always, consult your physician.

why no fragrance in the eye serum?
the orbital area is the most reactive zone on the face — fragrance, even natural, is the largest cause of contact dermatitis there. we left it out of the eye serum for that reason. the face oil includes a light fragrance because cheek and jaw skin tolerate it well; if you're fragrance-sensitive, use the eye serum alone.
